Throughout his childhood, Dr. Sal visited the dentist frequently for orthodontics and oral surgery, as well as routine appointments. His experiences were always exceptional, and he’s wanted to make a positive impact on people’s lives and overall health ever since.Dr. Sal is a South Florida local; he attended Florida Atlantic University (Go Owls!). He earned his dental degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine, where he took on many leadership roles, including serving as the Class President. He went on to leave Florida and adventured up to Rochester, NY where he completed his advanced pediatric training at the Eastman Institute for Oral Health. He survived the cold, in part by meeting the girl that forever warmed his heart in Dr. Yasi.
Dr. Sal has always had a knack for working with children, and he never lost touch with his inner child, which has helped as he has taken on the proud role of #girldad. Dr. Sal has fully embraced being a dad: he loves reading books to his daughters with silly and boisterous voices, giving bear hugs, and being a guest at tea parties. Being a dad has also given Dr. Sal a new understanding of patience, which he translates toward providing an understanding face for your child’s dental needs.
One of the tenets that Dr. Sal holds dear is finding a connection with your child, he views earning their trust and friendship as crucial to establishing successful visits at the dentist now and in the future. Be it from silly antics on social media, to heart-to-heart conversations about your child’s day at school, Dr. Sal enjoys the process of creating the bonds that lead to royal smiles.

Even though her mother was a healthcare provider and she never had a negative experience at a dental office, Dr. Yasi was incredibly fearful of the dentist growing up. She learned at an early age how important it is to feel comfortable in the care of a doctor.
A University of Florida Gator Girl, through and through, Dr. Yasi completed her bachelor’s degrees in microbiology and chemistry with summa cum laude honors and then earned her dental degree from the University of Florida ‘s College of Dentistry. She would leave the swamp and head up north to complete her specialized training in pediatric dentistry at the Eastman Institute for Oral Health at the University of Rochester NY, where she met Dr. Sal. Coming back to Jupiter, she reunited with family who have called the area home for over thirty years.
Being a mom is the proudest title that Dr. Yasi holds. From being a dog mom, to mother of The Little Royals, to of course being a mom for her two beautiful daughters. Be it from dress-up parties, coloring, swimming or seeking out the next adventure in the yard or a park, she enjoys the joys of physical and imaginative play with her girls.
Girl-Mom duties have given the greatest sense of purpose and wonderment to Dr. Yasi and have helped shape the care she provides to little ones. Dr. Yasi remembers what it was like to be a kid in a new dental office, so she takes the time to address your child’s needs with empathetic care before beginning treatment. Helping to create a space where kids feel at ease and respected.

Dr. Sal and Dr. Yasi's first four-legged child, Bear, was loyal and wise beyond his years. He is an inspiration for both the doctors and the true heart of everything they stand for. Bear was kind to every child, adult, or animal he had ever met. He loved taking adventures in water, rain, snow, mountains, or swamps, and he lived his life with a fullness and passion that we can all aspire to. For the team at The Little Royals Dentistry for Kids, Bear will always be their Little Prince.
Board-certified pediatric dentists take additional voluntary examinations following the completion of their graduate degree. It is required that board-certified dentists renew their certification annually. Going through this process demonstrates that they are staying up to date and continuing to pursue excellence and mastery in the field.
“What matters most are the simple pleasures so abundant that we can all enjoy them… Happiness doesn't lie in the objects we gather around us. To find it, all we need to do is open our eyes.”
